Our RAI Signal is taking shape again
Good news: the next phase of the renovation of the RAI Signal has begun. After its careful dismantling this summer, we’re now rebuilding the iconic structure step by step. The tower is receiving a fresh coat of paint, and soon the island elements and the RAI logo will return to their original positions.
The work is progressing largely according to schedule. However, the replacement of the banner frames and the digital clock and temperature display has been slightly delayed. Coordination with the municipality and our suppliers took a bit more time, as we wanted to ensure the best materials and components were selected – quality always comes first. As a result, delivery is taking a little longer than expected.
We anticipate these elements will be replaced in 2026. In the meantime, temporary banners will be placed on the lower ring and halfway up the tower. The clock and temperature display will follow at a later stage.
