Horecava is the biggest Foodservice exhibition in the Netherlands and will take place at RAI Amsterdam from 9 January till 12 January 2023. One of the main themes is sustainability. A lot of catering entrepreneurs are consciously working on sustainable entrepreneurship and combating food waste. On the entire exhibition floor, this theme is reflected in many forms. Topics such as food without waste, green innovation and energy and water savings inspire visitors from the industry to think about their own opportunities to be more sustainable.
