Connecting in turbulent times

Thursday, 26 March 2020

The spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus has accelerated. We all have to deal with the measures taken every day to minimise the risk of infection and further spread of the virus. Keeping distance to each other, staying at home as much as possible and working from home.

The decision of the Dutch government not to allow events to take place until 1 June means that our contact during this period is different. In the interest of the well-being and safety of everyone, we as RAI Amsterdam fully support this decision. To indicate that no events are taking place at the RAI, the doors have been closed since last week, the flags have been lowered and most of the lighting has been switched off.

As RAI, we urge everyone to care for your health and that of your loved ones by respecting the measures of the Dutch government and RIVM or the government of the country you live in. As soon as circumstances allow, we hope to meet you again.
