Update Covid | No changes for events at RAI Amsterdam

Wednesday, 3 November 2021

The Dutch government held a press conference on Tuesday 2 November concerning the current Covid-situation in the Netherlands. Due to the number of vaccine doses administered - 84% of the Dutch population is now fully vaccinated - the government choses to refine current measures, instead of adding other measures.

Good news for events in the Netherlands

Regarding Covid-measures that apply for events in the Netherlands, no changes are required. This means the implemented measures we share via our online Covid-platform and protocol still apply to maintain the current high safety standard at our events.

Measures at other locations of interest during your stay

As of 6 November, a valid corona entry pass is used to gain entry to cultural locations, such as museums, theatres and concert halls, as well as casino’s and at sports matches. This was already the case at restaurants and cafes, where the mandatory closing time between 00.00 and 06.00 am continues to apply. The use of a face mask is mandatory to gain entry to public locations where a corona entry pass is not yet required, such as shops, supermarkets, libraries, theme parks and train stations. This was already the case when using public transport as well as at airports.

All necessary precautions to ensure a safe and responsible event for all attendees are maintained at the RAI, in accordance with our organisers. More information can be found on our website.
