RAI Amsterdam has various services which can help your event or conference to run as smoothly as possible.
Whether it be catering, ICT, AV or arranging hotel rooms and excursions, our staff can make all the arrangements for you. Furthermore, there is the special department, Exhibitor Services, that provides support to the preparation for your trade fair participation. It has standard products, but special requests can also be taken into consideration.
Allready an exhibitor at an event at RAI Amsterdam?
To make your participation a success, we have prepared a webshop especially for exhibitors. A convenient online tool for ordering products and services for your stand: uniform stand building, hostess service, furniture, catering, flowers and plants, telecommunications and ICT, parking cards and stand cleaning. It is fast and efficient. There is also a helpdesk you can call. The webshop closes five days before the trade fair starts and last-minute orders can be placed and questions asked at the Exhibitor Services/Event Desk.
If you wish to order right away, you can log on to the Exhibitor Services web shop using your e-mail address and the password you have received (in some cases you need to create your own account frst). For any inquiries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
