Over the past 125 years at RAI Amsterdam, we have provided catering for organisers, exhibitors and visitors.
From an exclusive gala dinner for 1,000 guests, international multi-day conferences, exhibitions with 200,000 visitors, to an intimate dinner for 20 people.
Thanks to our solid experience, we create tailor-made proposals, co-conceptualise menus and provide appropriate advice for your event.
We offer three types of catering for you as an exhibitor. In the Exhibitor Services Webshop you can find several catering categories:
These are prepackaged products that can be delivered to your stand. These are products without further decoration or service.
In addition, you can also find catering services for stand catering including decoration and service in the same webshop.
Taylor Made Catering
Of course we can also provide tailor-made catering for you, from large receptions to gala dinners.
In addition to our own services, we also work with a number of specially selected suppliers. From hosts and hostesses to the Barista Company for the most delicious coffee specialties or the Fabulous Shaker Boys for the most spectacular cocktails.
Complete culinary experiences are also possible thanks to the "Meisjes met Smaak" (Girls with Taste), serving the most delicious taste sensations in their own unique way. From oysters to "bitterballen" and from macarons to pata negra.
The combination of our choice to work with regional producers and other sustainable decisions and partnerships we’ve established have been blended together in the regional Heartwarming Amsterdam catering concept. This allows us to realise any catering demands with regional and/or seasonal products, and to make a clear statement of our intention to benefit society.
The Heartwarming Amsterdam concept includes partnerships with many suppliers in the region. For instance, the tomatoes used for products such as our own RAI ketchup are produced by the Stadskwekerij Osdorp urban farm. In addition to fresh & healthy vegetables, the farm provides meaningful activities and training to its employees.

The Basement Chefs of RAI Amsterdam
There is a whole network of tunnels and cellars below the RAI. At the heart of this exciting underground world you’ll find the kitchens where the Basement Chefs perform their art. From gala dinners to conferences and exhibitions – the catering department of the RAI offers a wealth of options, excellent logistic skills and the flexibility to make any event a culinary success.
