Personal data on exhibiting companies can be shared with us as soon as you have signed an agreement with them for your event at RAI Amsterdam. You are allowed to share such information as it is essential in order to carry out the terms of that agreement with exhibitors.
We assume that you will inform your exhibitors about this. The RAI will process all information provided following the GDPR (general data protection regulation). As organiser you remain responsible for the use of the data according to the GDPR.
