Access during build-up and breakdown periods

To keep RAI Amsterdam safe for everyone, the RAI has established a number of safety rules. One of these rules is that all transporters, stand builders, and exhibitors must be registered before accessing the build-up or breakdown periods of events.

Obligation to register 
Each transporter, stand builder, and exhibitor who accesses the RAI during the build-up or breakdown periods of an event must be registered in advance. Registration can also be completed on site, but this may involve waiting times.
