Thursday, 13 June 2019

Air France KLM and RAI Amsterdam continue to join forces to attract international exhibitions, conferences, events and their visitors to Amsterdam at a competitive price. This moment was celebrated during GreenTech Amsterdam.

Bidding procedure
Air France KLM and RAI Amsterdam continue to work closely together to draw large international events to Amsterdam. The joint venture involves around all bidding procedures for large international exhibitions and conferences a year. Air France-KLM offers the organisers flights and enable them to come to Amsterdam to experience the benefits of RAI Amsterdam and travelling Air France KLM. In addition, the Air France & KLM Global Meetings & Events online booking tool offers many benefits to organisers and their visitors and exhibitors.

“The attractive and flexible organisation of RAI Amsterdam combined with the ease and benefits of Air France KLM Global Meetings & Events and its large number of flight destinations makes Amsterdam an even more attractive choice,” says Harm Kreulen, SVP Benelux Air France KLM.

“We are very happy with our partnership” says Maurits van der Sluis, COO at RAI Amsterdam. “Air France KLM has been successfully included in all tenders for exhibitions, conferences and other events over the last 10 years. The partnership together with our partners in the city further strengthens the position of Amsterdam as main port and international event destination” according to Van der Sluis.

Unique event proposition
The Air France KLM Global Meetings & Events program offers both event organisers as event attendees unique benefits. It enables organisers to make their event more attractive to visitors and exhibitors by benefitting from a discount up to fifteen percent on most published Air France and KLM fares. In addition, the organisers can earn free tickets.

This 10 year partnership was celebrated during GreenTech (13 – 15 June 2019).
