RAI introduces Foodmarket

Our Foodmarket is a welcoming catering concept where visitors can choose from a wide range of fresh and fast products throughout the day. The layout is designed to encourage movement and flow: no queues, no fixed break times, but continuous availability of food and drinks whenever it suits the visitor.

Visitors had access to a varied assortment, including fresh fruit, sandwiches, donuts, snacks, dried fruit, water, and various soft drinks. The open layout made the Foodmarket an accessible place to take a break, meet up, or briefly recharge between program items.

The reactions were positive. Visitors liked it, especially the freedom, the convenience of grabbing something at any time, and the variety of offerings. The catering concept aligns with our ambition to provide Food & Beverage that prioritizes comfort, quality, flexibility, and a positive visitor experience.

The Foodmarket demonstrates how we at the RAI continue to invest in innovative catering concepts that connect to the needs of visitors.
