Opening restaurant Selva at nhow Amsterdam RAI hotel
Amsterdam has gained a sparkling new culinary destination. The Latin American restaurant Selva opened its doors this week on the 24th floor of the design hotel nhow Amsterdam RAI.
With a breathtaking 360º panoramic view over the capital, Selva offers its guests a gastronomic journey through the characteristic and diverse Latin American culinary landscape. Dishes prepared by Head Chef Roberto Torres and his culinary team, inspired by Mexico, Peru, and Brazil, take center stage on the menu. Latin American influences are not limited to the cuisine alone. In Selva's interior, you'll find reflections of the organic shapes of the Amazon rivers, as well as various shades, textures, and patterns reminiscent of the rainforest.
Next to Selva, you'll also find the Sonora cocktail bar on the same floor of the nhow Amsterdam RAI. Here, too, the influences of ancient Latin American stories and legends are woven into the extensive selection of cocktails offered by this unique cocktail bar. Sonora is named after the Spanish word for "sound," and the lively rhythms you hear here create an unforgettable experience.
With Selva and Sonora, nhow Amsterdam RAI introduces a new Latin American concept to Amsterdam and RAI visitors. For more information and reservations, please visit Selva's website.
