RAI Amsterdam wins Dutch PR Award for ‘Love your Liver’ campaign

A well-deserved recognition for a campaign that truly makes an impact. During the international liver congress EASL | The Home of Hepatology, held in May at RAI Amsterdam, the public campaign Love your Liver was launched. The goal: to raise awareness about liver health. Both visitors and local Amsterdammers were invited to take a free liver test at the RAI.

The PR campaign was a powerful collaboration between EASL, Amsterdam UMC, the Amsterdam Convention Bureau of amsterdam&partners, and RAI Amsterdam’s long-standing PR agency Koolhoven&Partners. The campaign aimed to create social value around the event — not only for the city of Amsterdam and the Netherlands, but also to bring the topic to the attention of policymakers in The Hague and Amsterdam.

Thanks to this collaboration, the medical congress was translated into a relevant and accessible initiative for the wider public. The jury of the Dutch PR Awards praised the campaign in the Healthcare category: “RAI Amsterdam turns an apparently dry international medical congress into something creative, clear, and meaningful — bringing the topic to life for the public. The content is solid, the translation is relevant and accessible. The results are visible on all levels: from awareness to measurable impact. A brilliant campaign.”
