RAI Association explores options regarding shareholding in RAI Amsterdam

RAI Association, the majority shareholder of RAI Amsterdam, is reviewing its role as shareholder and exploring what it wants to do with its stake. This may lead to a change in the shareholder structure. No decisions have been made at this stage.

For RAI Amsterdam, nothing changes. Our business operations, including the organisation and facilitation of events, will continue as usual. This also applies to future events and collaborations.

RAI Amsterdam remains focused on exhibitions and conferences and on the further development of the RAI Quarter. We will share any relevant updates through our channels.
