Facilities and accessibility

A warm welcome

We want your visit to RAI Amsterdam to be as pleasant and easy as possible. That is why you will find a range of facilities in and around our venue. The corridors are level and spacious, and lifts and accessible toilets are available throughout the building. We also offer facilities for visitors with reduced mobility.

Do you need help during your visit? Please ask one of our employees.

Accessible parking spaces

In car parks P1, P2, P3 and P4, you will find parking spaces for visitors with a valid European Disabled Parking Card (GPK). These spaces are close to the exits leading to the RAI complex. Follow the signs to P RAI 1, 2, 3 or 4.

The standard parking rate also applies if you have a Disabled Parking Card. Before your visit, check the latest rates on our parking page.

You can borrow a wheelchair from us. Reserve one in advance to make sure it is ready for you when you arrive.

Send us an email and include:

  • Your name
  • Your telephone number
  • The date you would like to collect the wheelchair

Your reservation is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. When collecting the wheelchair, we ask for a €50 cash deposit and valid proof of identity. Borrowing a wheelchair does not automatically give a companion free entry to the event.
