Over the past few months, the RAI has built studios that have already been used for various events. These professional studios can be used for any type of event and are suitable for small and large productions. The spaces can be laid out entirely according to one's own wishes, which means that there are many possibilities. The studios meet the guidelines as drawn up by the RIVM.
For live, online and hybrid events
RAI Amsterdam offers a professional basis for an unforgettable live, online or hybrid event in which the look-and-feel and brand experience can be easily adapted. The studios have the technical facilities to make any event a success. The atmospheric studios have a very fast internet connection for optimal streaming possibilities.
TV format, webcast or talk show
The largest studio can be set up for a talk show setting for 5 people and can be expanded to 7 people. The studios can also be easily converted into a green screen studio. The setup is flexible and can, for example, be expanded to other locations in the RAI. The studios have a ready-made sound and ambient lighting system.
In-house expertise
RAI Amsterdam has all the knowledge and expertise for successfully organising (online) events at its disposal. In the past period, we have, together with our partners, intensively used our knowledge and experience in the field of virtual events. For example, GreenTech, Interclean and Amsterdam Drone Week were recorded in our own studios and broadcast in different time zones. We are only too happy to share this knowledge with our clients so that we can help them make their virtual or hybrid event a virtual success.
In addition to the studios, RAI Amsterdam offers various facilities to make life easier for organisers. RAI Amsterdam is easily accessible by car and public transport and has ample parking facilities.
