Good news! The construction of the Wielingenstraat green strip has started. As previously announced by the Municipality (including via 'Zuidas keeps you informed') and postponed again, the 'Wielingenstraat green strip' will be tackled this summer 2022. Construction started last Monday.
- The work area will be cityfence fenced by the contractor and drang fences on the side of The Traveller.
- From Monday, June 20 through Thursday, June 30, the pavement will be taken out and removed by trucks. This may cause some inconvenience.
Further construction - pouring concrete, masonry the wall, installing the steps, planting greenery - will all take place inside the fences, this work will take until the end of August. Then in mid-September the soil and greenery will be put in.
