To support the selection of candidates we use a selection of assessments. We use a personality test based on the Big 5 Theory to measure candidates’ competences. We often test candidates’ drives or carry out a comprehensive intelligence tests. The latter measures the candidate’s intelligence as far as verbal skills, maths skills, numerical and logical argumentation skills are concerned.
These tests are commonly utilised preceding the second selection interview and the results constitute the basis for the latter. The results will be discussed by one of our HR Managers and – naturally – you will receive a report on the results during the interview.
