Conditions of employment RAI Amsterdam
RAI Amsterdam isn't part of a collective labour agreement, but has it's own conditions of employment. Of course we will offer you a good salary in line with other Dutch employers. We work with a yearly increase in salary based on your performance and output. For positions which do not have a bonus based on targets, we offer an 'end of year bonus' of maximum 8 %.
We strongly believe in a good balance between work and your private live.Therefore, we offer our employees a total of 38 off-days (vacation and the Dutch ATV days). Also, we reimburse traveling by public transport 100%. Or you can buy a bike, for which you are reimbursed as well. And if you chose to travel by car, you will receive a fixed amount per kilometer and you can park for free in our parking garages, which is pretty special in a city as Amsterdam!
