Duurzaam Gebouwd takes over Building Holland
The knowledge platform Duurzaam Gebouwd and exhibition organiser RAI Amsterdam have, over the past two years, successfully transformed trade exhibition Building Holland into the leading integrated knowledge and networking event for the construction industry. To help the event grow further, the organisations decided to extend their partnership in a new form. In the future, Duurzaam Gebouwd will take on the comprehensive organisation of Building Holland, while RAI Amsterdam acts as a facilitating partner.
Continuing the success formula
The longstanding partnership between RAI Amsterdam and Duurzaam Gebouwd will continue to build on its successful formula. Director of Duurzaam Gebouwd, Wietse Walinga, is pleased with the long-term agreement. “Having seen a strong growth in visitors in 2015 – 24% more than the previous year – we can look forward to a fruitful future. In 2016, we will grow to 150 partners and continue to focus on an integrated target group, with ‘a sense of belonging’ and ‘meeting’ remaining key aspects. The upcoming edition will add to this the ‘seeing’ and ‘experiencing’ of innovations and concepts.”
Building Holland is the comprehensive event of choice for the construction industry in the Netherlands. It brings together all links in the production chain – architects, builders, installers, housing corporations, real estate developers, consultants and suppliers – for knowledge sharing, concept development and cooperation. The next event is planned from 22 to 24 March 2016 in RAI Amsterdam.
