The RAI as your neighbour
While having an international exhibition and conference centre like the RAI as your neighbour can have many benefits, we do appreciate that it can be a challenge at times too. We do everything in our power to ensure that our neighbourhood is as pleasant as possible for the people who live and work here. We work hard on keeping disturbances to a minimum, ensuring safety and closely monitoring noise levels.

Calendar of busy periods at the RAI
The RAI wants to keep you informed of expected busy periods in and around our premises.
We have therefore put together this calendar, which you can check at any time to see the heavy traffic, road blocks or neighbourhood posts that are likely to occur around the RAI on any given day. The meanings of the icons are indicated in the legend.
There is a major event at the RAI and there will be a lot of cars entering and exiting our garages.
There will be a lot of taxis dropping off and picking up visitors (P9).
A large event is being built up or broken down. We therefore expect a lot of truck traffic loading and unloading cargo at our premises.
Traffic posts will be put in place to ensure that our visitors are prevented from parking in your neighbourhood to the extent possible. Local traffic is always allowed.
A bicycle route has been blocked.
