Attracting more visitors

RAI Amsterdam organises more than 25 consumer and trade exhibitions for the Dutch and international market every year. They take place both at the RAI’s premises in Amsterdam and at guest venues in China, the United States, Poland, India, Mexico and Turkey. No matter where we are in the world, there is one constant: the RAI is always focused on generating and maintaining new and existing business for our exhibitors, visitors, sponsors and partners.

Our broad experience has made us very aware of how complex event organisation can be. The RAI has therefore developed a number of support products and services that will help you with issues such as attracting visitors to your event. You can use our extensive database to reach a wide range of potential visitors. Examples include partner mailings, campaigns, or advertisements in one of the newsletters related to our trade exhibitions and events.

Ads in newsletters for specific RAI exhibitions

An effective way to attract the attention of potential visitors to your event is to place an ad in a newsletter related to one of our exhibitions. These newsletters are sent to target groups every month. Click here for an overview of the reach of each exhibition and the visitor profiles.

RAI Amsterdam partner mailing

You can have a campaign message sent in your name to a database belonging to one of our exhibition titles. One partner mailing is sent every month. If you already have a ready-made HTML mailing, we can enter it into our system directly. If you do not, and don’t have the time to make one, we’ll take care of this for you too.
