Sometimes things may not go as planned, however. Please let us know if this is the case so we can work with the hotel to find an acceptable solution. We will also evaluate the hotel itself. We cooperate closely with Amsterdam Marketing and the City Wide Convention Taskforce, which will also be informed of possible complaints. Should it be impossible for us or the hotel to satisfactorily resolve your complaint or feedback, it will be submitted to Amsterdam Marketing, and, in extreme cases, the City Wide Convention Taskforce.

To submit your feedback please make sure you have the following information available:
• Your full name
• Hotel name
• Reservation details (check-in and check-out date)
• RAI attendance ID number (as shown on confirmation)
• Your preferred contact details; e-mail, phone number
• Details of your feedback along with the names of any of our staff you spoke to at the time

Due to data protection rules and our own commitment to confidentiality, we will only use your personal details to make contact with you about the complaint. This will be within 48 hours  (on workdays) of receiving your information.
