A safe participation
Experience once again the power of connection
Exhibiting, during the Covid-19 outbreak, is no longer as self-evident as we were used to. Therefore we are working tirelessly to implement the changes which are and will be defined in our protocol, guidelines and safety measures in order to ensure a safe event participation.
The most important rule states that people must keep a 1.5-metre distance at all times, and we have also laid down guidelines in the area of hygiene, safe build-up and breakdown of events and the regulation of visitor flows. All these regulations aim to protect the health and safety of all concerned.

The RAI is fully prepared to bring people together safely and let them experience again the power of connections in both the physical as well as the virtual world.
Safe, Responsible and Hospitable
RAI Amsterdam has drawn up protocols and guidelines for exhibitors. Everything revolves around ensuring the health of all who come to the RAI. These exhibitor protocols are additional to the general regulations and protocols in which you can read which regulations we have drawn up to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in general. These regulations apply to everyone who is visiting the RAI complex, including you as an exhibitor. Because exhibiting is no longer as self-evident as we were used to, we have also drawn up a number of measures specifically about safe exhibition participation, catering on your stand and stand design.
By observing the rules and guidelines in these documents, we are ready to organise and facilitate events in a safe and responsible manner while ensuring a hospitable welcome to visitors. From build-up to break-down, we have every confidence that we are able to proactively and effectively address all Covid-19-related risks at events.
