At this 23rd edition the organisers will introduce WASHROOM. This pilot offers exhibitors the opportunity to address their visitors in a very targeted manner. Hall 10 will be dedicated to the WASHROOM segment to make it easier for visitors to find total hygiene services and solutions:
Soap and fragrance dispensers, toilet seat sanitizers, paper towels and tissues, hand dryers, sanitary disposal bins, airfresheners.
This segmentation means that various exhibitors in the field of washroom hygiene will be grouped together in a single hall so that the target group can be approached in a specific way. This will create a surplus value for both the visitor and the exhibitor.

20 Companies Honored for Best Customer Service at ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America 2009
Distributors, building service contractors, and in-house service providers who attended ISSA/INTERCLEAN in Chicago cast their ballots for the Best Customer Service Awards. The program was expanded this year to include 10 companies with booths 300 square feet or less and 10 with booths 400 square feet or more. Companies were grouped in five product categories: Chemicals; Disposables; Power Equipment; Supplies & Accessories; and Other Products, Services & Technology.
Voters were asked to write in their choices based on which company's staff best met attendee needs, answered questions, offered solutions, or provided an outstanding interaction when people visited their booths. Winners were the top vote getters in their respective product categories, by size of exhibit, out of more than 600 industry providers exhibiting at the show.
