Written permission is required to organise lotteries in and around the Convention Centre and can be requested via the Licences Desk. Whether lotteries are allowed will be discussed with the organisers and decided per event. In any case participants should always be older than eighteen (18) years old and the prize amount must be less than four thousand five hundred euros (€ 4,500).
