ACS Audiovisual & Conference Services Amsterdam is based in Amsterdam RAI and supplies all equipment for the conference halls of Amsterdam RAI. ACS Amsterdam is therefore your designated partner if you organise a presentation, exhibition or other event in Amsterdam RAI. Our specialists have known their way around Amsterdam RAI for 30 years and have access to all the infrastructure within the buildings. In addition, our audio, video and lighting project systems are optimally geared to the halls and rooms in the Amsterdam RAI complex.
Response Network/Printerette
Printed materials are an excellent way to stand out at an exhibition. Response Network/Printerette is a specialised supplier of printed materials for exhibitions and conferences. They are also able to help with the hanging of posters and banners and the distribution of flyers, folders, brochures, maps and business cards during an event.
Connexxion Projexx
Connexxion Projexx specialises in integrated transport solutions for national and international conferences and events. They have a diverse fleet of 250 luxury cars, VIP cars, limousines, minibuses and charter trams.
RAI Hostess Service
Amsterdam RAI’s hostess service provides experienced, highly skilled hostesses, supervisors, advisors, sale demonstrators, translators and recording assistants for events in and outside Amsterdam. Their expertise ensures delegates feel welcome and are always informed, as well as facilitating clear communication between attendees of different nationalities.
Faircom Media
Faircom media has been responsible for the sale and co-ordination of outdoor publicity materials for Amsterdam RAI since 1998. They enable participating exhibitors to advertise their presence at the event from prime locations in and around the Amsterdam RAI complex via billboards, banners, posters, staircase stickers, mega-banners and promopoints. There’s even an airship for hire!
