From 1 January 2009 Amsterdam RAI offers event organisers a new ‘Organisers VIP package’. This includes all the facilities you need to stay fully focused on the success of your event. The package consists of:
* A meeting room for the organisers
* Lavazza coffee and tea
* Two mobile phones for the organisers
* One landline
* One Internet connection (256 Kb)
* Two VIP parking spaces near the entrance
* RAI Media Package (listing on RAI Event Calendars, www.rai.nl, the Electronic RAI Agenda on the facade and on the red sign posts on the RAI grounds; plus a RAI Accommodation Logo for all your publications)
Conditions:
Valid during the entire rental period. Coffee and tea is served to the organisers in the meeting room and is
not intended for stand construction and breakdown personnel. Package is available when renting the conference centre or at least one exhibition hall. Telephone calls free only for calls within the Netherlands.
