Come and meet the traffic industry in Istanbul!
In less than three weeks the Istanbul Expo Center will open its doors for the 6th edition of Intertraffic Istanbul, the region's international trade fair for infrastructure, ITS traffic management, safety and parking. The show has grown from one to two halls with 150 exhibitors from 25 countries who will present their products and services to you. Running parallel to the exhibition will be a free-to-attend comprehensive seminar and conference programme with national and international experts. During the show the winner of the Inner City Traffic Safety Award will be announced. The seminar and conference programme is published in detail on our website.

Major road expansion and infrastructure programmes are well underway and the city of Beijing will continue to improve the city's main road system as well as the public transportation services in the rural areas. The intend is also there to provide a better road network system in some of the core areas of the city and investments will be made to the construction of public parking facilities.
The city will improve the road safety facilities in the central town area by accomplishing 5,240 sets of traffic signs, 600 kilometers' traffic lines, 924 kilometers' traffic fence, and 1,700 traffic lights; and setting up illegal action detectors as well. The new generation of intelligent traffic systems will be widely applied into traffic sign control, illegal activity monitoring, TV monitoring, license plate recognition, and traffic monitoring.

Showcases
Intertraffic India will focus on showcases in which the demands from governmental bodies and institutions will be matched with solutions from the traffic industry in a seminar programme. Intertraffic World Special
Intertraffic World India will be the world's first reference guide for advanced traffic management, parking, road safety, and road infrastructure in India and will be the official publication of Intertraffic India. The magazine will be sent to over 8,000 of the most senior decision makers involved in road building projects and urban mobility in India as well as all the major systems integrators, road safety organisations, parking operators and traffic management projects.

Launch of Cooperative Driving/Smart Mobility programme Intertraffic Amsterdam at Automotive Week 2011
